Jessica is the Founder & Operations Manager of Connected Boutique, bringing together more than 20 years in the beauty industry with expertise in e-commerce, operations, digital marketing, and product development.
Before launching Connected Boutique, Jessica spent more than 20 years as a licensed beauty professional, working directly with clients and developing a deep understanding of beauty, product performance, and consumer needs. She later expanded her career into e-commerce, digital marketing, and operations, helping businesses grow through online strategy, customer experience, and process optimization.
Today, Jessica combines decades of beauty industry experience with hands-on expertise in product development, Shopify, creator partnerships, organic marketing, and business operations. She has built Connected Boutique from the ground up, managing every aspect of the business—from formulation and product launches to fulfillment, branding, and customer engagement.
Inspired by her daughter’s journey with complex chronic illnesses and sensitive skin, Jessica founded Connected Boutique with the belief that beauty should be both intentional and accessible. Her story blends entrepreneurship, resilience, and innovation, offering practical insights into building a purpose-driven brand while navigating the realities of running an independent business.
